Default b18c1 w/ stock sleeves...Power ?

Sorry if it's been covered a million times...I couldn't find anything. I'm just wondering how much power a b18c1 can handle with stock sleeves before they become an issue? Assuming it's tuned properly and not detonating...Any ideas? If it makes a difference I want it to be running 9 or 10 psi daily, and then 22 or 23(whatever it takes to make abot 500-515 with a t61) when it's at the track.

It's all in how well your engine is built, and how good your tuner is. What chassis is this going into?

EF civic or CRX.

Engine would be eagle rods, CP pistons, arp hardware...and a block guard and posts if they'll help...Seems like people have their own opinions on if those are worth the money.

I'd have the whip factory tune it most likely. He's one of the best tuners around.

Goal would be mid-high 10s once everything is setup right and I figure out how to launch it decent.

Lol...dream ride...

Actually I'd like to build one. I'm selling my mustang come springtime after I get some new timeslips for it.

It's not going to last forever on stock sleeves.
