Maybe if you had a GT99RR You would make 500whp with 20psi. Keep dreaming like us all.
You are going to spend a minumum of $2k getting your car to run anything over 375hp

Back to the question, It'll make 500whp on the stock sleeves but you'll be pushing it. It could blow in the burnout box or while being tuned and it could last years like that, who knows it's a guessing game.
BUT I will tell you I wish I would have paid the extra at the time and had mine sleeved, it isn't a big sum of money so your best bet would be to wait til you can afford it and then it's done and over with. It'll be cheaper than building two blocks also. The price of the rods and pistons for the second block would pay for you to have this block sleeved or a good part of it anyways.

Re: b18c1 w/ stock sleeves...Power ?
Well thanks guys for the info.
I've been talking with my buddy about doing it and I told him I wanted to do everything right the first time so I don't have to fix it later on down the road. So I might as well get the block sleeved right off the bat.
As for the chassis..I thought about putting it in my DD crx until I came across a nice clean roller. It would be a flat black rusted shitbox but it'd make some good power.

BTW, my daily GSR has lived a hard life of 355whp for about 8-10k so far, and see's 3rd gear rips daily, and some 4th gear blasters at least weekly.
IMHO, I'd rock stock sleeves all the way to the 500's. If it doesnt see any detonation when on pump gas, or excesive cyl. pressure when on race gas (ie, some sane timing #'s) , the pin will stay in the grenade.

The same guy that owns and tunes this car is who I'd have tune mine: http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...6a0119b87a.htm
