i want a topmopunt mani. i know schedual 40 is what i want but all i have is access to a mig(no tig damn!!) i want something that is migable i am looking for some designs to go from and if i mig it will i have to worry about penetration and cracking at the welds if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it. i would just buy one but for the prices people get i will make my own fucked up or not.

 

id like a wesbite for mild steel 90's and 180's for manis, too

 

why not just use schedule 10. Its cheaper and not as thick.

The only real way sch10 mild steel pipe size elbows are offered are in the "taper bore" condition. These are not true sch10 elbows (in the way that stainless steel are). Sch10 mild steel elbows are typically more expensive due to the process involved.
