I intend to use them for strut tower bars and stuff. Its about the size of your shower curtain tube. I also saw 90 degree bends for electrical conduits but they have huge radius bend but its cheap though.
The small stuff isn't big enough. It's like ebay bars.
Lowes / Home Depot carry a lot of galvanized /aluminized mild steel pipe.
2 - 2 1/2".
The mandrel bends are 2" EMT mild steel galv pipe. As he said, large radious. About $7 each.
They look like this:

They have 8-12' long 2" - 2 1/2" pipe for $8-15usd also. Generally pretending to be fence posts, and pipe outside in the garden center.
Just be sure you weld outside & just take the time to wire-brush the finish off so you don't get sick... It takes a few seconds to knock that ---- off.
