Guys! im new to this website and im just in process of turboing my car so i thought sharing and disscussing it with u would give me a better idea of tunning and stuff.

Ihave a generation 1 integra in which i've swapped a B16a JDM 160ps version with S1 manual tranny. everything is custom made and im on OBD1 PR3 ECU. ihave i/E and a FPR set at 30psi idle with vacuum connected. i also have 2.5" complete piping with no CAT. my car is sitting on falken 15" 195/50 profile and is being lowered (just four inches above the ground).

Performance is pretty sweet but i was looking forward for more. its hunger for power . so decided to turbo it. i've just completed the process of designing a manifold and i've already deployed it with oil lines and downpipe. Downpipe is 2.5" (inner dia) and sits perfectly so does the turbo. im posting some pics. kindly comment.

im planing to run 5/6psi of boost with internal wastegate and nissan V27 turbo. ill put a huge FMIC and will use DSM450cc and VAFC havk to tune it.

Kindly provide me some setting for VAFC to run my car at 5/6psi of boost. i dont want to ruin my fun by blowing pistons

I like your car a lot, good luck with everything. Don't see many 1g tegs, especially not boosted ones.

thanks for appritiating my efforts.

Here in Karachi/Pakistan we do have a couple Gen1 Integras with B16. Mine will be boosted soon . Many are already running Boosted B16 and someof them are on very high figures. Boosted D16s are pretty common here.

As far as my information about G1 tegs are concencerned there are around 6/7 B-series G1 Integra either running B16 or B18. and boosted B-series in G1 in probably a couple

I always wear my sandals when fabbing.Carefull welding though that ---- hurts the feet.
