@90dx: Thanks a lot. The guy who was porting the manifold flage is a pretty poor guy. and here in pakistan most of the ppl are'nt wearing safety materails in doing most of the things. same goes for porting/welding

@zexcool: That big white thing (as far as i've concieved) is the seperation of incomming/outgoing traffic.

My frined's welding shop is right beside the road. so my teg was there the whole time. and everyone was so amazed to see what we were doing

My turbo is a Nissan V27. I've used the same on D16 turbo spools fine. but doesnt spools at idle .
Oil line flow is perfect. right at 45 degree. flow is good there is no smoke from xhust at all

Bought the intercooler yesterday a FMIC pretty much similiar to EVO7's intercooler probably its a bit larger then that.

what material did u use for tha manifold? looks like one of them shiny ebay headers that crack, other that that so far nice job... but yeah dude, sandals in the shop grindin n ---- haha... did u weld with those on also?

Material being used in the manifold was similar to which is used in header. Never cracked i've used them in many turbo cars. its pretty solid. Electric welding was done on it.

Why it doesn't spool at idle?

Cuz your engine is not building up enough exhaust gas pressure to make it spin.

@tOn: Even i dont know why it dosen't spins at idle, though spins freely when car is reved.

Do i need to adjust my tappets?? Intake is at 0.006 and exhust is at 0.007

dude, read my post again, it's a answer not a question.


Your turbo doesn't spin at itle because your motor is not making enough pressure to get the turbo spining.
Nothing wrong with that.
