@tOn: yea!! i got it, but do i have to make it spin? will increasing my tappet gaps would do the job

glad to hear that. u wrote it in such a way that i started to think whats wrong with my xhust flow.
at what rpm shud i xpect my turbo to produce fullboost i've used T25/M24 Garrett on D16s and the use to spoolup fine at idle. i was amazed to see My nissan V27 which was not spinning at all at idle

nice setup, Have you ever thought about clocking you compressor housing so the it goes forward and not up/backwards? well ---- im amazed that people weld in sandals, i thought ive seen it all. im probably way off but isnt the circle where sadame hussiens statue was? <this is way wrong
