Default Ford 2300/Volvo 16V/Holset/Megasquirt
I'm the newb... name's Colin. I've got an '85 Merkur XR4Ti. I'm working on adapting a DOHC Volvo head to the Ford 2.3 block... I built a Megasquirt PCB V2.2 for the car... it's got a Holset, NPR IC, fabbed log manifold (poorly fabbed, I might add!), and a Ford Cosworth intake manifold with a Volvo flange (poorly) welded to it. Should be running this summer - hoping for 400+ whp on pump gas.

looking good...but if i read correctly you said you put your bov on your intake manifold? why

Nah... the head is off a Volvo, the manifold is off a (euro) Ford... so I welded the intake manifold flange onto it, not a BOV flange.
