Convert Chryslerish flange to a T3?
This heah turbo:

Has two wierd *** flanges...I can use the 5 bolt, looks like a reg 5 bolt one, so its not a prob, but the part that bolts onto a manifold looks wierd as ----. Can I just redrill it and stick it on a t3 manifold?
I think not, so I will have to make some kind of plate to adapt it on? Are there any readily availble, or should I buy like a .25" stell plate and try to make it match up as good as possible?

i dont think you would want to redrill it to match the t3 flange unless you want the turbo pointing forward? You will probably have better results if you redrill the flange to match the HF manifold.
