I have a civic w/ OBD2. im kind of confused when it comes to resistor box install I read all of these

ok so all jeff dose is take the 4 injector wires and 1 12v wire and attach the resistor box, right ? it seems kind of too easy, so if im missing something let me know. and ill be using blue top injectors with DSM clips.

 

Yes it is easy, but you take the 4 yellow/black wires from the injectors (1per injector) and wire them into the 4 black wires on the resistor box. Then wire all 4 of the remining yellow/black wires from the harness to the red wire on the resistor box (they all need to be spiced together).
Another way of lowering resistance if a resistor box isn't handy is to make a run to Radio Shack and splice in 4 10watt 10ohm inline resistors to each injector on the yellow/black wire.

 

thanks, but i wonted to make it look clean and do what Jeff did. de-pin the injector wires and use a connector. is that all that has to be done

Im not a honda guy, so the color coding doenst work for me... do the resistors go on the positive or negative side of the injector coil? Im guessing positive, but I just want to verify. Actually, It really shouldnt matter, But I dont feel like cooking my $50 DSM injectors either.
