just make sure to have all your sensors

correct throttle body

new gaskets/water lines and your good to go along with the corretc throttle bracket for the matching manifold

Keep in mind you run a 3 wire IAC valve and that manifold runs a 2 wire. So, you either have to use your throttle body with the cable rotor from a Y8 or Z6 throttle body or you have to convert to OBDI and do the 3 wire to 2 wire conversion.

bolt pattern is way off to but a 92+ civic tb on a 88-91 manifold so he will have to either grind the **** out of the mounting holes in the y7 tb or convert to 2 wire
