so.. new alternator in for 3 weeks. go to drive today, man those dash lights are bright. look @ the volt gauge, o yay it's pegged (easily over 18v).

cause can ONLY be the alternator right? nothing else can cause over-voltage? just wanna make sure before i get a new one (warranty of course)

 

Regulator is built in so I cant think of anything else.Warranty is great.

 

^^yea the regulator is inside the alter.
that should be the only cause
