Default stock psi for subi IHI?

does anyone know the stock boost level of the IHI from a subaru xt turbo? i've been told several diff numbers. (tis is the ihi rhb5 w/ the triangle flange)

my loyale turbo is wastegated at 5psi. the wrx is at 8psi.

any idea if this wastegate will swap over to the IHI rhb5 from a ford probe or isuzu impulse (80's)

about a year ago i picked a turbo from a scobbie xt turbo... missing both the turbine and compressor wheel.. but has the casings and the wastegate still seems to be in fine condition... would like to start w/ very low boost while i tune my car

yes it will, im about 98% sure on that. but you might need to rotate the compressor a little...

awesome... 5psi is a lot easier to work w/ then the 8 1/2 stock on the impulse

time to go stang one from a junkyard and get my manifold done.
