Suggestions for EMS on a '97 Avenger

I have a friend with a '97 Avenger he wants to turbo. We can pretty much handle all the fabrication, but we're kinda clueless as to how we could tune it.

Suggestions?

The hack maybe

I have a wide band.... just need a not too exspensive way to keep it from blowin.
