i have to install a new water pump and its says it has certain torue specs could some1 give me the specs or tell me where to find them ..i have no manual

 

First of all this isn't G.D. This should be posted in tech. Second, you didn't even tell us what kind of car or engine you have. How do you expect anyone to help you? Third, there are links to service manuals in the tech section where you should be. Jackass :P

 

just tighten it down good without breaking the bolt.

 

Put the Orange/red gasket sealant on it and hand tighten it with a small wrench, untill its hard to turn the bolt, then stop or else you'll ---- up the thread in the aluminum block.

 

yeah it is :P

 

I believe all 10mm bolts have the same torque value.

 

Nothing is ever tight enough until the head strips off the bolt
