i have a complete IHI RHB5 turbo setup from a Pulsar.. my question is, what is the boost set to? it had a solenoid between the outlet flange and the wastegate with a wired molex plug attached, which i am sure i am not going to be able to use...
ii just need to know how hard this thing can exhale.. or at least in stock form...

... also, what is the process for adding an external wastegate on this setup? is it cost-effective?
