My 1990 Volvo 240 DL

Anyone have any idea why my Volvo idels very rough while it is in park. Yet when I am driving at above 5 miles an hours it is a smooth as butter. It idels so bad that it shakes the whole car??

Anyone?

i have a ford e350 van.... it gets me girls also ..... but there in the 6-10 yr old range
