Default I GOT A CODE 4 ON MY PR3 ECU

HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS SETUP IN MY CRX. I PUT A B17A2 IN AND KEEP GETTING A CODE 4 ON THE ECU AND IT WON'T REV OVER 3000. I CHANGE THE WIRES FROM THE CRANK ANGLE SENSOR IT STOP, BUT TOOK IT AROUND THE BLOCK AND PARKED IT THE SAME THING AGAIN. CAN SOMEONE HELP HERE.

Ya check your manual and proper voltage thats all I can tell you this is really the only way to do it and check for a short in your wiring on the chassis side

check voltage on both side (dizzy and ecu) and it gives me a 375. tried using another dizzy same thing. tried the ecu on my friends car same it tested good dont.

resistance. it was 388

check the wires in the actual distributor plug to see if they're backing out or anything. ensure that full contact is being made. barring that, you mentioned that you tried the ecu in your friends car, but I couldn't make out what the rest of that said.

the ecu tested fine? or it gave the same problem?

go over your grounds again, and make sure all pins are making good contact.
