i just finished installing my ic yesterday, so i took it out today and im only getting like 2-3 psi (originaly 5psi) so i took out the vaccum source to for the WG make sure its working, still 2-3 psi?? isnt it supposed to open way later with it disconnected? but when i hit around 50-60 mph it goes to 4.5psi could i build that much psi with a leak in the charge piping?

 

Yup leaky charge pipe will do that.

 

yah i thought it was the actuator too, i just switched from the" carb spring" because i had a hard time with getting the actuator to completly close the flapper with the oil line installed BUT HA ------ turbo i finally got it striaght ....
oh and there was a huge leak in the charge piping so now i have 5.5 - 6 psi thanks guys.
