Default PCV vaccum line routing...

im goin to be boosting soon and read you have to change the normal pcv system to accomidate the boost..

i think i understand it thanks to this link

http://www.g2ic.com/forums/showpost....25&postcount=6

now my question is.. where the normal pcv valve is.. the hose goes from there to the plentum on the im.. now they say to plug this... can i use it for my boost gauge instead?? or where should i run the boost gauge 2?..

also where does the BOV, connect to get vaccum?

and the wastegate vaccum comes from the the compressor housing.. correct?

as far as where to run the boost gauge goes: run it to any line that sees manifold pressure. Most manifolds have multiple places for various sensors. I think it is a smart idea to run your map sensor on a "dedicated line" for max. responsiveness though.

i know that its for a catchcan but wouldnt i still need to run the vaccum lines like that even without the catchcan.. so the manifold doesnt see postive crank ventalation when in boost...

i was gonna add the catch can later..
