IHI RHB52 Rebuild
Just snagged an IHI RHB52 turbo from a T-Bird, and want to have it rebuilt. Can anyone suggest a quality rebuilder? I'm in Houston, Texas but can ship anywhere.
Also, does rebuilding pretty much make it "like new", or is the typical rebuild just replacement of the usuall parts that wear out?
