IHI RHB52 Rebuild

Just snagged an IHI RHB52 turbo from a T-Bird, and want to have it rebuilt. Can anyone suggest a quality rebuilder? I'm in Houston, Texas but can ship anywhere.
Also, does rebuilding pretty much make it "like new", or is the typical rebuild just replacement of the usuall parts that wear out?

Anyone else? I'd like at least three to get estimates and compare. Again, they do not have to be located in Texas. Sure appreciate the help.
