This is a starion intercooler that was modified and welded. The piping is full aluminum 2 1/4. I had this setup on a 90 crx with a d16 and t25.

This is the layout of it. The bov is just setting there for the picture but there is a 1" hole on the bend right before the throttle body for the bov. That is also an old intercooler I had on there.
