question on the AFC without the screen

ok, will the s-afc without the blue screen work on a 1999 civic Si with obd2 computer?, the reason i ask is because a s-afc on ebay says it will work on cars from the 80's to mid 90's.

Ya it will probably work, but it might be a bit tricky installing it..
