I am almost done with the setup and have greddy charge pipes and have a 1g dms flange to weld to them. I need to go to the muffler shop to have the downpipe welded together and the bov to the pipe. Will I be ok running it to the shop without the bov, only about a 15 minute drive at low speeds, t25 at 8psi.

Yup, No problem, Grand nationals run big boost from the factory without BOV's, same as Merkuer's and T-birds.. all no blow off valves. You'll be fine, it will just sound gay when you let off the gas.
