adjusting turbo inlet side

can i unbolt the 6 or 9 bolts that hold the inlet side of the turbo so i can point the turbo to intercooler tube down? it is in the way of my ext. wastegate.

this is on a b series honda motor.

yes you can rotate that side any direction you want.
