Default Only getting 2-3 psi and it drops off at high rpms to like 1 psi

im not using gaskets and im running one of those old adapter plates from that other homemade turbo website, will that cause the boost to not hold and why its so low?

What are you talking about? the style we use? because we dont sell them.

Is your actuator cocked open? double check all your charge piping, and make sure you have ZERO leaks, it doesnt take much to loose a few psi.

would even pinhole leaks cause the lost of boost to be this extreme?? cause i got a few, there not very big at all. gaskets is the last ditch effort for me cause its the most expensive. its weird first gear i dont get much at all and 2nd i get 4.5 and it drops off at lik 5500 and 3rd i get 6 psi and it drops off at 5500. feels slow...

my car in first doesnt boost at all until second and up.pinhole leaks if more than one can add up and i bet that is what your problem is unless its your wastegate??and gaskets arent that expensive, u should get them anyways.

Smear some ---- over the pin holes..(JB weld or something) and check the acculator rod. that was my problem.
Also are you from TX by chance?

yeah I talked to you before I bet...You had the Gold HB and the blue one right? Maybe your brother..I had the Camo 89 all strippped out with the B18A and the red 92 d16z6...I talked to you at Kenneadale a few times..
But yeah the JB weld should work, just let it sit for a while
