I have a garrett T-25, i need to set the internal waste gate to around 6-7 psi. how do i do this, or is it already set that low? its off a 95 gs-t

 

Do a search in this forum, how to lower boost has probably been asked about 40 times..

in a nut shell, You basically modify the wastegate actuator shaft, or find a car that has a lower wastegate actuator on it, and modifiy it to fit your turbo, or some people have been opening the wastegate actuators itself and cutting the spring inside, Or you can do my little trick "The spring" setup.
