I am selling my 1987 Honda CRX Si with a D16A1 swap. I bought the car with no title with the intent of turning it into a track only car, however due to space constraints (parents need driveway space) the car must go. I recently ran a Carfax report on it which I still have if anyone is interested. The car is clean with no accidents and was last registered in Pensacola FL. in 2002. I would like to sell this locally if possible, I don't have the time to deal with shipping the car.


Condition:

Exterior:
Paint is in fair shape, but both front fenders are cracked and will need to be replaced. Tires are fairly new with ~90% tread remaining. Sunroof works and does not leak. Chassis has ~202,000 miles

Interior:
The seats are torn in the wear spots and faded. Dash is not cracked and is in fairly good shape. Radio has been removed.

Engine:
Original engine swapped out for the D16A1. Motor has ~95,000 miles. Swap looks fairly well done, but was performed by the previous owner so, I do not have that much information on it. Motor cranks fine but does not fire for some reason (I think due to the timing belt). I had a mechanic friend come look at it briefly and he thought it was due to the timing belt as well. There is spark and the fuel flows but motor will not fire.

Suspension:
I have not driven the car since I've owned it so I cannot really tell anything about the suspension. It doesn't seem like the shocks are blown at all and everything seems fine but, the only way to really know for sure is to drive it.

how are you selling a car with no title?? You know that car belongs to whoever's name is on the title and he can come and get it at any time
