I was building a ZC powered 86 CRX but turboed my del sol instead. So I have these parts for sale. I live just outside of Birmingham Al, Prices do not include shipping, if you want to pick them up, you can, but I don't consider them sold until you send payment. I listed this on first gen teg site also.

Blacktop un assembled rotating assy (pistons, rods, crank, engine block) comes with king mains and Cleveite rod bearings and NEW Perfect circle rings. All parts need cleaned and rinsed out. $100-pick-up or you pay shipping.
86-87 Zc transmission with new stock replacement clutch $100 plus shipping.

Black and red Del-sol stock racing seats, don't consider driver side in good shape. Driver side has 2 inch red paint stain and the usual hole in the outer side just like every del sol on earth that has been driven much. These are considered the absolute best stock seats for spirited driving around. Ask any del sol owner. I wouldn't sell them but I have leather seats from a 2000 GSR going in today.

Starion 12B turbo, should be rebuilt before using but is water cooled. I can't guarantee it, but I think it was custom built. The guy I bought it from said it was a 14 cause of custom work, but says 12B on the housing. Plus those turbos were not water cooled. 65.00
buy the intercooler (starion) that seams to be in high demand for another $25 because it has minor damage. I don't think any of it is bad, just letting you know before you buy that it was dinged a bit when I bought it. I can't post pics because I have a 14K connection right now.

Brown-top ZC rods and pistons in good shape. $60.00, I was planning on putting them in by D16z6 because the books say they can handle another 50HP(250 total) over the d16z6 ones, but I need the cash and I don't plan on going over 185 WHP in the next year anyhow.

Brand new Nippon pistons(The ones from EBay that all of you have seen) with rings and all the casting marks smoothed over on the face(crown) like the old one says to do. box says 20 over but the pistons say .50. I think it is .020 inches and .5 metric. 97.00 plus shipping.

HF manifold for you use for the DIY turbo manifold. $27.00 plus shipping

Also, Anyone doing a d16 swap into a crx, I have mounts, ECM, shifter linkage, and wire harness. I had 90% of the stuff needed, so if you need anything for that swap let me know. I have a set of civic axles with the CRX outers installed so you don't have to convert the front end to the teg hubs, knuckles and brakes. Both of them are brand new rebuilt from AutoZone or Napa or one of the other parts stores, I can't remember. The CRX parts on them are not new but in great shape. Asking $165 plus shipping.
I can't think of everything I have right now, but I probably have what you are looking for.
All prices should be pretty fair, but make offers if you don't think they are.
I promise to ship parts the cheapest way I can and charge you only what I pay for it. The big parts would be taken to a freight company and be delived by semi or picked up at depot. the smaller stuff could go by UPS, FED-EX, or USPS, however you want or the cheapest of the options.

how much do you want for the motor d16a1 zc with shipping to the bronx ny

 

I don't have a complete and assembled motor. I could put one together for you but I would need cash up front. I didn't want to put the stuff I have together with aftermarket bearings since I was planning high RPM and boost but I didn't want to drop the big bucks for Honda bearings if I wasn't going to use it. I can't see spending $200-300 on an engine no one is willing to buy from someone they don't know for more than $100-250. I can get that for the parts. Also, I didn't want to built it to sell with the aftermarket bearings because I don't know what the customer is going to do with it and I would hate to sell something that blows-up, even if I told the guy what bearings were in it. I have never had one of these aftermarket bearings go south on me, but I hear that most people don't have good luck with them. I've been an employed mechanic for over 10 years now and have rebuilt 30-40 motors (very conservative est.) I dont mind taking chances on my own stuff but I would feel real bad if I tried something new on a customer's bike and it didn't work real well. Let me know, the best I could do is a short block unless you wanted to send me a head and oil pump. Thank you

Do you still have the mounts for the CRX? If I'm correct, isnt the CRX mounts for the D series just stock CRX mounts... Anyways, how much do you want because I'm in dire need of new mounts?

 

Yes and no. You have to use the teg mounts to put this motor in a crx. But I do have the teg and the CRX mounts. Which ones are you looking for? If you can, send a pic to HDcuellar@earthlink.net. So I will be sure to send the right ones. I'm not sure I have them divided up correctly and don't want to send you a teg and a crx mount instead of what you need. Thank you
