Default are these worth getting

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33583

I'm also trying to upgrade my suspension, I bought a set of tokico hp struts, coilovers and strut bars and tie bars, but is this just another plate of rice?

I got all my engine stuff, and all my transmission uprade stuff, now I need suspension.

i don't think those make any difference. except for looks.
adjustable struts and stiffer springs will make a difference though. i don't care too much about the suspension, aslong as the ride height is good and the car doesn't bounce.

no, don't get them. If you want a reasonable increase in handling, get some suspension techniques sway bars, and some ES bushings, they make differences you can actually fell.

I like how in the picture he doesn't have the sway bar hooked up on both sides... dumbass.

Those arms aren't for increased performance anyway. They bring the bottom of the tire in closer to the car to allow for wider tires. You have to have adjustble uppers to go with that or your wheels will look retarded.

those are for drag racing only. they will not stand up to the loads of RR/AX. save your money and get bushings instead.

how are they for drag racing only? like CS said, they're so you can run wider tires, not many people i know run wider tires in the rear on honda's for drag racing mine have held up fine in auto-x and on the road, the only thing i dislike about them is the bushings they come with are ----!
