Default Time for a Piston Ring Job from the looks of it :(

Well ladies and gentleman...ive finally got all the little quirks worked out on the turbo setup....and because of my own f*** up...i have to baby the living s#$t out of my motor so i dont blow up my pistons/oil control rings. I left my PCV valve hooked up to my motor and when in boost it was shoving all that pressure into the crank case...and blowing oil out of the valve cover breather hose that i had unhooked from the intake pipe...i couldnt figure it out til a couple days ago and noticed...so i made a DIY Oil Catch Can setup w/ a folgers coffee can about 4in round and 7in tall....well in 1 hard boost run from 1st to 5th gear it filled the catch can up 1in inside...and it would blow smoke out of the catch can...because of this i will be only driving my car to and from work and i turned the boost down to 1psi so i wont blow my s#$t up just yet....over the next month i will be building my extra motor i have from scratch...from the bearings on up to the head...other than that...im going to bed now.

Dear Uncle Louie,
What happened to you? You used to be that cool uncle who would actually cuss in front of us kids. Your acting lame now. And remember at the family get together in '89 you said that if you ever made "that one post" about your motor being fucked up you'd post pictures? Thanks for keeping your word. I'm calling uncle David to tell him you suck now. -Steve

your oil rings are probably fine...all the pressure went out the from the breather case in the back where it then hooks to the intake..where you said oil came out.....
