ok so i blew my ---- tonight 4th gear pull i had some knock.. 1-2-3 was **** many times then i decided to do a 4th to see how high i can get the boost up and lower end rpms.. pos i guess i didnt pull off enough timing down there cuz i ran 1.5deg/psi retard then took off2 deg off the top and added more fuel..


so my offical question is im gonna get a ls block to put under my b16 head.. witch oil pump should i run or all b pumps are the same as far as housing and gears go.. my b20b is obd2 motor i can tell by the cfk sensor..

#2 whats a safe boost/hp # on with out having to get arp head studs..

idk if you really did that you pulled a shitload of timing mabey 2much what were your afr to much heat on stock ---- ftl

it happened when i was just comming into a good boost in 4th this is a gsr trans.. it was about 4500 rpm.. or so and i think i heard a slight knock.. oh well im swaping in my ls out of the rex

wat size injectors do u have. it shows u got the fuel pretty much maxed out.

Are using stock 240cc's?? You can up the fuel all you want in crome, but aint gonna work out. fo fitties.

im using 450's and a mazda 626 turbo fuel pump :1 ugh i hate to use the word NOOB but you asked for it down load my bin and look at it

also heres a update.. i was busy most of the day but this wat i got so far

ls pulled from my crx in under 2 hours thats a record for me.. some one can probly beat that.

I looked at your map in crome and there is a ---- load of fuel and very little timing compared to any of the basemaps Ive seen (xenocrons site).

so why did it kaboom.. look at the advanced options... fuel and timming correction i advanced them in cold.. maybe iat messed up who knows...

bad injectors etc basic things happen still. Bin maps arent everything

yep sounds like mabey injector got stuck open wash and melt let us see carnage
