Default Welded diff, how to?

I want to weld my GSR diff but don't know where to start. Anyone have any pics and any experience with welded diffs?

This is strictly a drag car, not a daily driver so I know the risks going into a welded diff. Anyone have any write ups or pics?

There was a post a while back that explained where to weld, but the search function sucks and I can't find it.

this is how we used to do it for dirt racing-

drain the trany oil
use a 2" hole saw and cut a hole in the bottom of the transmission
weld the gears
use a frost plug in the hole.

i do not suggest you do this, its just how we used to do it.
