Default B18c5

Im going to build a b18c5 and i was wondering if i should go with the stock head or use a b16 vtec head. I have heard that the b16 head works better. Some advice would really be usefull.

save yourself a little money and use a c1, the initial purchase of the motor will be way cheaper, and it still has just as much potential

they both use a pr3 head it just is hand ported with bigger valves. If you want I will trade you a b16 + cash for your type r.

do not supercharge it, you will make less power per dollar vs a turbo. I asume you want a jr supercharger. Dont waste your cash

Those superchargers are too small... you need double that size.

i heard that the type-r's sometimes were actually running slower times after a turbo then out of the lot. and dont supercharge it, we'll all be disapointed
