Default B18C5

I understand that the b18c5 is not ideal for boost, but is better for NA apps, right? if I found one for cheap, I haven't but just in case, what should I do to make it more turbo ready, other than building and tuning? is it an issue of r/s ratio or is it about the compression?

if your going to build a motor then just about anything is a good motor to turbo, people any say that "this motor isnt good for turbo" this is generaly refering to the stock componets.

Beau

if u plan on doin more then 5-7psi get lower compression pistons or amazing timing/fuel management!

i believe the b18c5 (type R) has a compression ratio of like 11:1!!
