Default LS/VTEC

I am just trying to squeeze a few more power points out of my ls/vtec set-up before she comes off the road for winter and under goes the snail treatment. Right now it's NA with a I/Straight pipe/ 2' and a 1/4 cat back but stock 91 Integra header, W/VAFC. I would like to get a header for the time being such as a nice DC 4-1 and a A/F guage of wideband to better tune the afc rather than relying on the but dyno lol. A buddy of mine is ripping down 12.6@117mph with his NA ls/vtec in a stripped down 5th gen hatch with just a ghetto intake, Ractive 4-1 header and no exhaust, so I am just trying to figure out how to get some better time's myself at the moment, any suggestions on tuneing with timing, or the afc would be appreciated thanks guys.

headers will make a big difrence. if u get wideband and a afc you will be able to use all of then when u go turbo so u arent wasting your money there. hondata intake manifold gasket?

yeah, get a header, your exhaust is pointless b/c it's just getting stopped up at the header anyway. get a header and high flow cat or straight test pipe and you'll notice a big difference, and a nice intake if you don't have one. but why waste the money on those parts if you're just going turbo soon anyways but like he stated, you can make use of a vafc and wbo2 even after you boost, so you may be able to pull a few more ponies out with the vafc. what ecu are you running?

117 with bolt ons and a ls/vtec. He should be in the top 10 all motor street cars.
