88 - 89 Teg Swap ?

Has anyone thrown anything other then a d16A1 into an 88 or 89 teg, im just wondering what would be the difference with a zc motor and if all the mounting locations on the motor are the same... been away for a while, so any input is appreciated

no the 88-89 teg (d16a1) motors have different mounts then a ZC motor.

You can get a brown valve cover zc 1st gen same mounts but very hard to find these days.

In honda tuning there is a first gen teg(86-89) with a boosted type-r in it. I believe it was hasport who made the mounts.

power steering pump bracket is in the way it hink....

There are two different types of ZC's. Black top and brown top Integra ZC's for the d16a1 people and civic ZC's for the others.

There is a guy on g1teg.org with the b18c5 turbo in a 1st gen teg.
