I was getting interested in micro controllers and ordered my first one today. I was thinking of data logging my ECU from my TE bins and data logging my WB and EGT at the same time; thus being able to calculate new tables much more effectively. I ordered the atmel AVR and if it works out well I will put it up on a web site for everyone to make ther own. I think it should cost less than 100 not including the WB. Hopefully this project will get me knowledgeable enough to help in future pgmfi projects.
