Just burned first chip (stock GSR bin); getting errors on Uberdata
O.K. I just burned my first chip with the Burn1 from Craig Moates. I burned the stock GSR bin so that I can test the ecu socket soldering etc. When I open the burned chip file into Uberdata, I initially get three error dialogue boxes: 1.) Failed to assemble file "tpsfuel.asm", this can potentially cause ecu failure. 2.) " " " " "coldfuel.asm", " " " " " ". 3.) " " " " "mainfuel.asm", " " " " " ". When I click ok on all three error boxes, the file then opens and seems to be allright otherwise. Does anyone know why these errors come up and what they mean? How do I fix this?
are you trying to open the bin file that you just burned or trying to read it from the chip? if you're trying to read it from the chip...that's probably your problem. if you are trying to reopen the bin you burned, but from your computer and then going to close it...the error is because it's not in the same directory as uberdata. other than that...don't know what to tell you.
