Default I need a manifold made for a Toyota Tacoma 2.7 (4 cyl) - anyone?

Where would be a good place or person to go to get a cheap log style turbo manifold made for a 4x4 toyota tacoma pickup? The main concern is price (Cheap) and not wanting to go with a hacked up header design. I just need something simple but somewhat efficient.

thanks
justin

well, you can send an exhaust gasket to bmc racing (look in the classifieds section) and he can custom make you an exhaust flange for your engine, you can also get your turbo flange from him, then all you need is some weld els to weld it up, or take it to someone who knows how to weld to do it for you. doubt you're going to find a manifold for it

i was thinking/hoping I could get the entire manifold done for $300 or less

there, it's for a 22RE but you get the general idea.

Take that same $300 go buy a 110volt MIG welder do it yourself - HMT style!

i doubt someone will fabricate that for you for $300, you're looking at above the $400 range.

the flange is 25 bucks, about another 25-35 bucks for the turbo flange, and about 40-50 bucks in weld els = under 100 dollars in materials. if you know someone that can weld, or if you can yourself, just weld them up as need be to fit your application.

where is your source for these supplies? You talking about using bar steal and cutting everything up yourself or is there a premade source?

That should be a fairly easy manifold to make. You have gobs of room under the hood in the exhaust area.

I don't know how capable BMC racing is at building manifolds blind folded, but I bet with a good enough picture he could fab one up.
