Default 9.1 comp ratio on 92 pump gas?

My friend wants to build a hatch and wants to run a 9.1 compression ratio on it to keep it stock. Then run 18 psi daily driver. The block is an ls that will be built to the hilt. sleeves, rods ported, etc.
Is the plauseable. we live in nebraska so the air pressue is around 14.5 or I think. Thanks guys

Is 18 psi necessary for daily driving

Usually people turn down the boost when they drive their car and only turn up the boost when they go racing.

let me ask you this. is building a honda necessary? me and my friend here were having a friendly conversation on my next project, and i threw the number 18 psi out there , but to be more realistic 15 psi will be used.

im not scared of boost.just bad tuning.

Plan is the operative word there. Hotrex also "plans" on not being gay. haha

18 psi on the street is worthless.
