PCV as strong vacuum source
Hey fellas,
Youve been very helpful in the past, so I thought I would shoot another odd question at you:
So I was in need of a 3/8" or so vacuum source for my Golden Eagle vacuum manifold. I could not use my brake booster b/c there is a 1 way check valve in its vacuum nipple in my manifold (gay I know!)
So here is what I did. So I didnt have to tap my intake manifold (pain in the ***) I pull the hose that went from my manifold to my PCV. Then I ran the PCV between my MAF and my turbo. I then used the large vacuum nipple to give my vacuum manifold a signal. The fact that my PCV is going to see stronger vacuum under boost that it would in the intake manifold going to be a problem. I dont want to suck my pistons in to the head. =D J/J

I was sort of worried about sucking ---- from the PCV into my compressor wheel. Although most OEM setups are like this. As we know, the manufactures dont always make sense in the way they do things.
What car is this? MAF
