Default multiple vacuum source

how many vacuum operated componants( Ex: wastegate, bov, and boost gauge)can you run off one manifold vacuum source

one

or as many, because in a closed system, if there is pressure, it is present everywhere.

I'd rather do it seperate. Plus I heard BOV always runs better off of the brake booster. Etc.

Well its a bigger source. I know BOV works better, also makes it allot louder. Wastegate prolly would too. But also you gotta worry about spikes. Because its have to travel all the way to the brake booster before the wastegate would bleed off boost.
