Hi! I am interested in installing a remote turbo on a 6.2 Diesel Silverado and am looking for advice. I have never had a turbo in my life so I am totally new to this, but have read some on another forum to know the basics, so hopefully I will just have dumb questions instead of completely idiotic ones. Thanks for having me here!

 

This engine had a turbo variant, and most of the trucks it came in had plenty of room to fit the turbo under the hood, so I wouldn't go for a remote turbo unless this is a weird swap. Your best bet may be to start with the manifolds - and fuel system parts - from the turbo version of this motor.
