Default twin turbo 454 for low end torque

I have a Chevy factory injected 454. I tow and I am thinking of non-sequential twin turbos. I want to use the right size; to get max torque at 2000-2500 RPM. It makes 412 ft/lbs stock. What turbos would you all suggest? I would like to see torque at 600-700 ft/lbs. The engine is stock, except all MSD ignition (6Al and 8mm wires, billet distributer) and I can have a Chevy ECU guru re-map the ECU etc. Thx

oh and the auto response about the F150 ECU upgrade was really really helpful for a CHEVY 454!

This forum doesn't always move all that fast - I may be on here more often than most, but I've had a busy week. One question - is this a TBI or port injected motor? If it's a TBI, it's going to be tough finding big enough injectors to support that goal.
