Unhappy jdm b18c gsr acura integra eng.installed in 99 civic ex

Engine swap installed into 99 civic ex and runs mint. Problem is i have no OBD2 signals from ECU. I realize that there is no crank sensor on my JDM engine and was told there might be another way to get a signal to my ECU from a distributor hook up of some type. Do i need to change oil pump, crank sensor, and bottom timing belt gear for sensor to read or is there a distributor short cut? American version.
