Default e30 tranny on a 2jz

so im in the procces of swapping a 2jz motor into a e30 (1987-90 bmw).i have everything down packed when it comes to the wiring ect..ect.. ive ben thinking of mating the 2j to the e30 getrag tranny using a home made plate!! same concept as the h2b plates.so far i know i need to fabricate the plate and a spacer for the flywheel.theres only 2 things im wondering and would greatly appreciate some input!! what do you guys think would be a good solution for the flywheel?? the 2jz has a 6 bolt crank and the e30 has a 8 bolt!! i was thinking have the holes of the e30 flywheel filled and drilled out with the 2jz 6 bolt patern! what do you guys think of that?? and another issue is the starter any ideas??

here are some pics for reference!

because i dont have 3.5k to dish out for the v160 getrag.the other route would be to get a 2jz bell wousing for a r145 or w38 but that would still cost me over 800$ just for the tranny and housing.not to mention i have the e30 tranny.
