Made the downpipe last night using FLUXCORE because I ran out of gas and just wanted to get it done. After some grinding, paint and thermal wrap you won't notice.

Also mounted the IC up front.

Here is my downpipe escapade:



Flange w/ wastegate hole made larger.



Cut piece of 2.5" stainless pipe to fit



Fitting



welded. Ufff, those are some gangster welds.

And yes I did cut a hole in the downpipe. Just forgot to take a pic, lol.

Eta? who knows. I've only driven the thing around the block. Maybe mid 14's but I built it more to say I could than anything.

It sucks when no one makes a flange for your turbo. You have to get creative.

lol thats funy cause my gas ran out on me to 1/2 way through and i had to use shitty flux core wire with shitty welds
