im trying to plan out my twin turbo set up and im wondering if i can run cyl 1-2 into one turbo and 3-4 into another or if i have to combine cyl. 1-4 then split into two turbos

 

You want to make a 4 cylinder twin turbo setup?

 

RyAn007 is onto something. Why would you want to TT a 4 cyl? I've seen peeps do it, but really don't think it would be as efficient as a good motor build and a good turbo.

 

thats is true, and thats what i believe BUT i have seen a few twin turbo 4cyl that can keep up with the biggest of the single turbo's guys. and then there is the Ambious that everyone has to be Unique/Re invent the wheel. So if you got the cash and time go for it just let us know how it turns out.....

Really, a 4 cylinder has enough problems spooling up a pretty good size turbo, if it is a high displacement 4 cylinder than it would be half way plausible, but this is a pretty stupid thing and really in the end when you save the cash and do just as well if not better on a single larger turbo, you are going to hit your self. Now in reality for this to be halfway legit, youd have to take something like a 2.4l and stroke that out, that is the only way I ever seeing anything like this plausible, if you are planning to do this on some kind of honda motor in the 1.5-2.0 range youd have to be kidding me, take my word for it, stick with a single.

 

jeff frank did a twin setup on a b18 in his crx for fun so if you want to be unique find another way

 

its a h22 and im going to be running two 14b and yes im trying to reinvent the wheel couse i can, the only thing im wondering is if i have to combine and then split or of i can use cyl 1-2,3-4, setup?

 

I would plumb the exhaust hits to the turbos in sequence

 

1+3, 4+2.
And why two 14b's? sounds pretty gay to me. If someone was to waste their time and money setting up a twin turbo H, why not do a sequential setup? Something small like a 13g paired up with something like T4 ( just a random example). Small turbo boosts low range untill bigger turbo spools, killing turbo lag for big turbo setups. Still waste of money/time, but at least do something worthwhile if your gonna do it.
